Since our establishment in 2015, Pink Ribbon Sisterhood has been dedicated to creating a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by breast cancer. Our organization is fortunate to have a diverse group of volunteers and staff who bring their passion and expertise to every initiative.

Together, we work tirelessly to raise awareness, provide support, and fund research. While there is always more work to be done, we are proud of the significant impact we have made. Our success is not measured solely by numbers, but by the smiles on the faces of those we have helped. Join us in making a difference today.

My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

- Psalm 121:2

At Pink Ribbon Sisterhood, we envision a world where every breast cancer survivor feels embraced, empowered, and part of a resilient community. Our mission is to provide unwavering support, resources, and encouragement to those affected by this disease. As an inclusive sisterhood, we stand united against cancer, knowing that it impacts not only the individuals but also their friends and loved ones. Together, we foster hope, resilience, and a sense of belonging, because no one should face breast cancer alone.

Meet Bridget

Bridget Banks, a devoted wife of 34 years, a nurturing mother to two adult children, and a proud Nana to four grandchildren, wears many hats in her community. Having retired from the Willard Public Library after dedicating 21 years of service, Bridget leveraged her diverse skill set, ranging from advocacy and human services to customer relations and management to emerge as an effective leader. Her commitment extended to the 37th Judicial Circuit Court, where she worked for 21 years at Friend of the Court.

Born and raised in the tight-knit Battle Creek community, Bridget’s love for her hometown runs deep. She is passionate about giving back and actively contributes to philanthropic efforts. In 2015, she embarked on a transformative journey by founding the Pink Ribbon Sisterhood, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients. Her initiative began with a grant application to the Battle Creek Community Foundation, and since then, she has tirelessly championed the cause, touching countless lives along the way.

For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. – Jeremiah 30:17
